I charge a fee of $110 per hour and am willing to negotiate lower
rates for those unable to pay that amount.

do not participate in insurance panels. I will be glad to give you a receipt for sessions should you wish to file out
of network.
Cancellation policy: I am OK with cancellations and rescheduling
appointments as long as they are prior to your scheduled session time. I prefer that you call both my office and cell
phone if you are unable to make an appointment time. If you forget your appointment and leave me waiting, then I expect you
to pay for that time.
